The crossed shoulder straps pull weight off your shoulders and spread it across your back, so a long walk stops feeling like one. The padded waistbelt takes the strain off your lower back. Premium buckles with an extra safety layer keep everything locked in place.
The seat widens and narrows as your baby grows, holding their legs in a natural M shape with their hips fully supported. When they doze off, flip up the padded headrest. When they want to look around, tuck it away.
Front carry facing inwards from 2 months, and a back carry once your baby sits unassisted. Simple buckles and no complicated threading mean you can put it on, get your baby in, and go without asking anyone for help.

Every Embrace starts as a pattern, a load test and a lot of discarded prototypes. Here is what we solved before it reached your baby.
Knees above hips, held there
The seat panel supports the full thigh from knee to knee, so the hip joint sits deep in the socket. We built the seat to adjust in width, because a 4 month old and a 2 year old do not share a thigh span.
Weight travels through webbing
Structural load runs along continuous webbing that is bartacked at every anchor point, never through a fabric seam. The cross transfers it off your shoulders and down into the waistbelt.
Cotton for softness, linen for air
A 50:50 blend, not a coating or a finish that washes out. Cotton keeps it soft against skin, linen keeps air moving through the weave, and both fibres relax further with every wash.

What is your processing time after placing the order?
We usually ship the order the very next day you place the order. However, during rush hours we might take upto 48 hrs.
What courier do you use?
We’ve partnered with Blue Dart to ship your orders. All shipments are sent via Blue Dart Air Express. In cases where the delivery pincode is non-serviceable by Blue Dart, we ship through Delhivery Logistics
How much time will it take to receive my order?
Delivery typically takes 2–4 days for Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities, and up to 6 days for other areas.
Whats your return policy?
We offer 7-day returns with no questions asked. You can initiate a return through our self-serve returns portal. A refund will be issued once the product is picked up, received at our warehouse, and verified to be undamaged with tags intact.
I paid via COD. How will you make the refund?
If you paid via Cash on Delivery, we’ll issue your refund via UPI or bank transfer. You can enter your preferred refund details securely during the return process on our portal.
Does Snugs come with a warranty?
Yes, we provide warranties and replacements for products damaged on arrival and parts damaged within 1 year. However, warranty claims for regular wear and tear will not be considered.
