Please Note Before Ordering:

The Snugs Sideways Carrier may take a few days (around 3–5 days) to get fully comfortable with, just like most baby carriers. There’s a small learning curve, but once you get the hang of it, we’re confident you’ll love the convenience and comfort it offers.

As a small business, returns especially of used products can be quite challenging for us. We kindly request that you place an order only if you’re genuinely interested in trying the carrier. Please avoid returning used items, as we’re unable to restock them.

  • You can initiate a return within 7 days after delivery by going to our Returns portal here - Initiate Return

  • Returns are self-serve only and cannot be manually initiated by customer support. 
  • Return will be automatically created and approved from self serve portal and sent to our courier partner for pickup.
  • For Prepaid orders, Refunds will be made to original payment method and for COD orders refunds will be made to UPI or Bank Transfer(Whichever mode you have chosen). Rs.180 per item will be deducted as COD Fees for COD Orders.
  • Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • We have a flexible return policy. If you don't like our product, no matter the reason, we will offer you returns or exchange. 
  • Once a return order is placed within India, we arrange our delivery partner for pickup at your delivered address free of cost. The pickup will be done in 1-2 working days. 
  •  Customers are responsible for paying any customs and/or VAT fees in case of international orders, postal companies will likely return the package back to you if these are not paid within 30 days.
  • If you are unavailable or unable to hand over the package to our courier partner after a pickup request has been scheduled, we will not initiate additional pickup attempts.
