We offer free express shipping throughout India. International shipping will cost additional.
Where do you ship from and to?
All of our products are shipped from Kerala, India and we ship worldwide.
Expected Dispatch Times
Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to be processed after your order has been completed.
Our expected dispatch times may differ during busy holidays periods, we appreciate your patience with this.
Estimated Shipping Times
After your order has been shipped, these are the expected shipping times:
India: 3-7 business days
International: 5-10 business days
International orders can however sometimes take up to 30 business days due to customs.
If 30 business days have passed and you still haven't received your order, please email us at support@mysnugs.in and we'll find a resolution.
Tracking
We offer tracking on every order by default. However sometimes some countries may not offer tracking and unfortunately we have no control over this.
Customs Fees
Sometimes however on occasion there can be customs charges which are unavoidable. Customers will be responsible for any fees.
