1Padded shoulder straps
Both straps are padded. Cross them at the back so the straps and waist belt spread your baby's weight evenly, and it feels almost weightless on a long carry.
2Organic cotton-linen panel
The panel that holds your baby is a soft, breathable organic cotton-linen blend. It lets air through on warm days and gets softer with every wash.
3Fold-up headrest
A padded headrest folds up behind your baby's head when they doze off, and folds down when they want to look around.
4Knee to knee seat
The seat supports your baby's thighs from knee to knee, with their legs in a natural M shape and knees slightly above their bottom.
5Buckles with safety loops
Three buckles hold the Embrace in place, and each one has an elastic safety loop over it. If a buckle ever comes undone on its own, which is rare, the loop holds it together so your baby stays secure.

Organic cotton-linen blend: one soft fabric woven from 50% organic cotton and 50% organic linen.
Cotton makes it soft against your baby's skin. Linen makes it airy and keeps it from feeling heavy on warm days.

Padded shoulder straps you can wear crossed or straight, a wide waist belt, and three buckles, each with its own elastic safety loop.

What age and weight is the Embrace for?
The Embrace is made for babies from 2 months to 20 kg. Use the front carry, facing you, from 2 months, and switch to the back carry once your baby can sit up without help. If your baby was born early or has a medical condition, check with your paediatrician before you start babywearing.
How do I know my baby is positioned correctly?
Your baby should sit high and close enough to kiss, with their thighs supported, knees slightly higher than their bottom, chin off their chest and face visible. Keep their nose and mouth clear and check on them often.
What are the safety loops for?
Each of the three buckles has an elastic safety loop that goes over it once the buckle is closed. If a buckle ever opens on its own, which is rare, the loop holds it together so your baby stays secure.
Is it comfortable in hot weather?
The organic cotton-linen blend is breathable, so air moves through the panel instead of trapping heat. On very hot days, dress your baby in light clothing and take breaks in the shade.
Can I wear my baby on my back?
Yes. Once your baby can sit up without help, the Embrace converts to a back carry, so the same carrier keeps working as your baby grows.
Can I return the Embrace if it doesn’t work for us?

Is the carrier suitable for a baby with hip dysplasia or another hip condition?
If your baby has hip dysplasia or another diagnosed hip condition, speak to their paediatrician or orthopaedic specialist before using the carrier. The M-shaped seating position alone doesn’t establish that a carrier is suitable for every child with a hip condition. Your child’s specialist can advise you based on their individual needs.
