You get the closeness of a wrap with none of the tying. No long tails to figure out, no guesswork. Slip it on, settle your baby in, and step out. The straps cross over your back for full support, or go straight down when you want to get out the door fast.
The seat adapts from narrow to wide as your baby grows, holding their legs in a natural M shape with their hips fully supported. A simple waistbelt adjustment sets the fit for your baby's size and your comfort. Premium buckles with an extra safety layer keep everything locked in place.

A wrap, without the wrapping
Getting the hold of a wrap without any of the tying took a lot of failed patterns. Here is what we solved before it reached your baby.
Knees above hips, held there
The seat supports the full thigh from knee to knee, so the hip sits deep in the socket rather than hanging from it. It narrows for a newborn and widens as their thighs do, holding the same M shape the whole way through.
Lyocell, knitted not woven
Lyocell is spun from wood pulp in a closed loop process, which is why it comes out silky rather than scratchy. Knitting it gives in every direction so it moulds around your baby, and 5% elastane pulls it back to shape instead of leaving it stretched out.
Soft outside, structured inside
A wide fabric panel spreads the weight across your back, while webbing straps sewn into it carry the actual load down into the buckled waistbelt. Cross them for the most support on a long carry, or run them straight for a faster wear.

How Lyocell is made
From a tree to something this soft

Fast growing eucalyptus from managed forests. No farmland, very little water.

The pulp dissolves in a non toxic solvent that is captured and reused, over and over.

Lyocell is made in a closed loop process, which means the solvent used to dissolve the wood pulp is recovered and used again rather than discharged.

What is your processing time after placing the order?
We usually ship the order the very next day you place the order. However, during rush hours we might take upto 48 hrs.
What courier do you use?
We’ve partnered with Blue Dart to ship your orders. All shipments are sent via Blue Dart Air Express. In cases where the delivery pincode is non-serviceable by Blue Dart, we ship through Delhivery Logistics
How much time will it take to receive my order?
Delivery typically takes 2–4 days for Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities, and up to 6 days for other areas.
Whats your return policy?
We offer 7-day returns with no questions asked. You can initiate a return through our self-serve returns portal. A refund will be issued once the product is picked up, received at our warehouse, and verified to be undamaged with tags intact.
I paid via COD. How will you make the refund?
If you paid via Cash on Delivery, we’ll issue your refund via UPI or bank transfer. You can enter your preferred refund details securely during the return process on our portal.
Will the sideways carrier hurt by neck and shoulder?
Not at all. as long as you follow the instructions correctly and switch sides every now and then. Alternating helps balance the weight and keeps your neck and shoulders comfortable.
Does Snugs come with a warranty?
Yes, we provide warranties and replacements for products damaged on arrival and parts damaged within 1 year. However, warranty claims for regular wear and tear will not be considered.
